  I’m a very indecisive person, the reason I decided to enter this career wasn’t because I liked it (although I definitely like it now), it was because I discarded all my other options. So I'm not very clear on what I'd like to work on, but I really enjoy my time in the laboratory, so as long as I can work on one I think I'll be fine. I wouldn’t like to travel for work,   although I wouldn’t deny myself if my work allowed me to know the world, I would prefer that my travels were only to relax, without having to worry about my responsibilities and being able to go with whoever I want, be it my friends or family, and see new places with the people I love without the pressure of working. I don't expect to become a millionaire in the future, but if I get a good paying job, that will be much better. I decided to use this free themed blog to tell you about Timmy, the ghost that lives in my house. We moved into this house a little less than 15 years ago, it wasn't that noticeable at first, some weird noises at night that no one thought too much about. Then it started to become more apparent, when Timmy turned the bathroom lights on and off at night, he was so insistent that the bathroom switch went out and we had to replace it with a new one. Biochemistry isn't a well-known profession, many people have never heard of it, even my mother often asks me what I'm studying, and when someone asks her, she says I'm studying biotechnology haha. However, the pandemic showed how important biochemistry is, around the world thousands of scientists are working tirelessly to find a vaccine, or learn more about this deadly disease. This doesn't mean that all biochemists work studying diseases, there're some who study specific proteins, or a certain cellular mechanism, some prefer to study bacteria. It's precisely for these reasons that I decided to study this career, for the different fields in which I can specialize later. I don't know if it will be my best vacation, because I enjoy vacations every year and each one has a special memory. It was in February 2018, it was the longest trip we have done so far, with my parents and my younger brother. We were going by car to Arica, but as there are too many kilometers we made many stops, the first was in La Serena, we went to the beach and visited the "Cross of the third millennium." Then, we stopped at Tocopilla whose beach had a rock barrier to simulate a swimming pool, the water is warm and ideal for small children because there are no waves. We continue our way to Iquique, where we go up to the "Museo Corbeta Esmerada". If I had the opportunity to travel, I would love to visit Norway, mainly for its natural landscapes, and I could see the Norwegian fjords. I don't know much about the country, just that its capital is Oslo and, can you believe that there is a town where dying is illegal? The town is called Longyearbyen and terminally ill people need to be moved to other places,  the reason is very interesting .   I personally love nature, Norway not only has incredible views of lakes and snowy mountains it also has something that I have always wanted to see, and that I could do from the North Cape. I couldn't leave Norway without seeing the Northern Lights, seeing it in real life and not just from a photograph must be magical. I like winter and the generally cold weather is another reason why I would like to visit the Nordic country.
